An upscale national retailer from the US Northwest determined as part of its controlled expansion program to adapt its risk management functions to a large regional center.  The LoweFirm® was called upon to examine the litigation climate for third party and employee claims, implement its self-insured program and assume the primary role in advising the retailer on best business practices in several important areas as part of its overall program of risk management and reduction.

The recommended practices proved highly effective and as a result, the LoweFirm® was called upon to handle numerous liability claims for the retailer.  The business continues to thrive as an “anchor tenant” in two of the largest area retail malls and later throughout the region.
